Creamy Lamb & Rice Bake

Lamb shoulder (40%), long-grain rice (30%), cream (10%), onions (5%), carrots (4%), celery (3%), vegetable oil, chicken stock, garlic, fresh thyme, salt, black pepper, thickening agents (modified corn starch), sugar.

Prep: Remove the sleeve and poke several holes in the film.
Heat: Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Stir: Stir the contents gently, then heat for 1 additional minute.
Serve: Let it sit for 1 minute to cool slightly before serving.

Note: Heating times are a guide and may vary by microwave.

• Keep refrigerated at 0 - 4°C (or ≤5°C). Consume within 2–3 days of opening.
• Freezing: Suitable for freezing before opening. Freeze immediately on day of purchase if not using. If frozen, store at -18°Cor below and use within 1 month.
• Thawing & Use: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before reheating. Once thawed, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
• Reheating: Reheat thoroughly before consumption.

Contents will be hot after heating.
